An original crazy paving area was replaced with two Indian sandstone patios with jet black pointing, a path, treated sleeper boarders for planting and a shed base.

The grass area was extended with new turf to allow for a greater outdoor area for the family. A bespoke built pergola was also installed which will have wisteria growing up it to allow for a shaded area in the future on the main patio.

Electric cables were also installed with armoured cables in a 600mm trench (to ensure building regulations were adhered too) so power could be supplied to the upper patio area and the future shed.

Two grab lorries, two skips and a lot of digging, was required to transform this outdoor area for this family to enjoy.
